Frequently Asked Question
What is a VS Code?
Last Updated 6 years ago
A VS Code is a process, which is specific to Vodacom.
A VS Code needs to be loaded on each and every unique Vodacom MSISDN that the customer requires reporting on. The VS code enables the flow of CDR's from Vodacom to SeeClear. If no VS code is loaded, Intelligible will not be able to report on the usage records as we will not receive any CDR's.
Once the VS Code is loaded on the MSISDN, we will start to receive a trickle feed of CDR’s. SeeClear have a unique VS Code [VS66] that is loaded on each line.
There is no charge to load a VS code onto an MSISDN
