Is a VS Code loaded per Vodacom MSISDN or per Vodacom Account number?

VS Codes are loaded per MSISDN. Vodacom does not automatically load VS codes to new MSISDN's so it is extremely important to ensure that you notify support@seeclear.co.za about all new Vodacom lines.
