What is Telkom Easy Bill?

Telkom Easy Bill is Telkom’s online billing platform, which presents the customers invoices in PDF and call records in CSV.

We utilise Easy Bill to extract the customer’s invoices and call records.

Easy Bill is accessed via Telkom’s web site and access is restricted by a username and password request.

The customer must either provide us with the username and password, or grant us access via a signed letter to create a new username and password on their behalf. A customer must have upwards of Ten Telkom account numbers in order to activate and utilise Easy Bill.

Without Easy Bill, SeeClear will not be able to report on Fixed Line Telkom services. Easy Bill is the only effective way to effectively source the data required in order to report on Telkom invoice information and call records.
