Click on the “Admin” menu and then click on “User Management". Click on the “Directory” button and then click on “Directory Link”.
A pop up message with a URL link [key] that looks something like this will appear:
Copy and paste the link into an email and send it to the respective user. Once the user clicks on the link, they will be taken to a web page where the users calls will be displayed and the calls can then be allocated to either a “Business”, “Invalid” or “Private” grouping.
The user can allocate the number to a “Customer / Supplier”, “Internal” or “Other” category. The user also has the option of giving the number a Description by typing the wording into the block under the “Description” heading. Once the user is done, they must, click “Save”.
