Only on Vodacom SIM's and subject to having the appropriate Admin User rights a user will be able to perform various functions including Soft Locking, Unlocking, SIM Swap, Query a Balance, Check Available Units, Get Subscriber Details, Query a PIN and Query a PUK. The customer would have to have signed 3rd Party Gateway documents to enable this function.

Click on "Admin" select "SIM Administration" and then select "Vodacom" in the API Access section.

Please note for Soft Lock/Unlock or Sim Swops only click the button once as this function is directly linked with the Vodacom Network. Click more than once will give you an error.
