The processing of data depends very much on the type of data and also on how often we receive the data from the Provider(s).

CDR's Mobile Network Operators CDR’s are typically processed every hour.

Mobile Network Operators Invoices are typically processed once per month hour. In the case of the Fixed Line Operators, we typically process the CDR’s and the invoices once per month. Please note however that in scenarios where the Fixed Line Operators have technology such as VoIP or SIP and are able to send more regular CDR’s feeds, we can schedule hourly processing. In the case of TMS data, we schedule the processing to occur on an hourly basis, however this does not necessarily mean that we are receiving the CDR’s every hour across all PBX data sources.

Invoices Invoices are processed once per month and are available in the platform after the 15th of each month. Example: June invoices will be available in the platform from 15th July
